Complete the form below in full and submit it at least 60 business days before your event or campaign. Working with a shorter timeline? You’re still welcome to apply. While we can’t guarantee availability, our Sponsorship Committee will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are part of a recreational sports team seeking sponsorship, please visit our Sports Team Sponsorship Program through Tavern United or Garbonzo’s Sports Pub.
